Every piece of winning online.
One partner covering design, traffic, and the systems that tie it together. Here’s what that looks like in practice.
Web Design & Development
Every Lark site is designed from scratch and hand-built, with no page builders or templates anywhere in the stack. That’s why they load fast and look like nobody else’s, and why every layout decision comes back to making your customers pick up the phone.
Local SEO
When someone in your service area searches for what you do, you should be the answer. On-page structure, local keywords, and a profile that agrees with your website. It’s quiet work, but it decides who gets the call.
Google Ads
Campaigns built to bring in jobs rather than clicks, across Search, Local Services, and remarketing. We tune them weekly and report in plain language, so you know what you spent, what came in, and what changes next.
Google Business Profile
Your map listing is often the first thing customers see, and sometimes the only thing. We keep reviews answered, photos current, and every detail matching your site, so the listing works as hard as the website does.
Brand & Identity
Logos, colours, and a look that holds together everywhere your name shows up, from the truck to the invoice to the yard sign. When the identity is consistent, people recognize you before they read you.
Automation & follow-up
The lead that doesn’t get a reply calls someone else. Quote follow-ups, review requests, and lead routing run automatically while you’re on the job, so nothing slips just because you were busy working.
Ongoing Care
Websites age. Plugins fall behind, things break quietly, and content goes stale. A Care plan keeps your site current, backed up, and monitored, with small fixes handled before you notice them.

Plain answers.
The questions every owner asks before hiring a web partner, answered the way we’d want them answered.
How long does a website take?
It depends on the size of the project, but you’ll get a real timeline in the first conversation and regular updates after that. No months of silence.
Do I actually own my website?
Yes, all of it. The domain, the site, and the accounts are registered to you, and if we ever part ways everything goes with you. No hostage situations.
What do you build on?
Whatever fits the job. We work across all the major platforms, WordPress and Shopify included, and go fully custom when off-the-shelf won’t cut it. However it’s built, it’s designed from scratch and hand-coded without page-builder bloat. The platform serves the project.
How does pricing work?
You get a plain-language quote with a fixed scope before anything starts. The packages above are honest starting points, not the fine-print kind. There are no surprise invoices, ever.
My current site is old. Rebuild or repair?
Usually a rebuild, since a site from ten years ago costs you more in lost customers than the rebuild does. That said, if a smaller fix gets you what you need, we’ll say so.
What happens after launch?
Take the keys and run it yourself, or put it on a Care plan and never think about updates or backups again. Most owners pick the second one.
Not sure which fits? Ask.
Tell us about your business and we’ll tell you what’s worth paying for and what isn’t. You’ll have a straight answer, usually within a day.
